The plant is built over a sprawling 5 acre plot about 25 kms from main city Baroda. One-fifth of the total plot is only used for the actual plant, whereas the rest of the area has been transformed into a green zone to fulfill the commitment towards environmental protection.

The plant has been designed to meet the code of current Good Manufacturing Practice, as specified in the United Kingdom. Designed by a leading technological expert in this field, the team behind Asoj is a fine blend of zeal and knowledge of Young Technocrats and rich experienced Technologists.

The plant is regularly inspected by the State Food and Drug Administration and other official agencies. The plant pertaining to its Layout, Design, Operation, Quality Controls and Record - Keeping Techniques and Controls meets all the Standards for proper Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
